A 7 year old whisky from Belgium aged in very old casks that have contained Port and Cognac. Each bottle is labelled and numbered by hand.

Nose
Stewed plums, floral honey, foam banana sweets, and smoke.
Palate
Woody spices, cigar boxes, baking spice, butterscotch, and garden herbs.
Finish
Black pepper, oak char, and orchard fruit.
