Waterford Micro Cuvée Good Vibrations
Irish whiskey bottled by La Maison du Whisky for its Good Vibrations range, this edition of Waterford Micro Cuvée was made from an ancient barley variety called Hunter from Donoughmore Farm (50%), as well as organic barley sourced from Lacka Farm (25%), and peated barley from Lacken Farm (25%). This edition is the result of blending four casks previously holding bourbon, all distilled in 2019, before being bottled at 50% ABV.

Nose
Citrus, vanilla, and earthy smoke lead with golden barley and mint in support.
Palate
Smoked barley, aniseed, peach, clove, liqourice, and medicinal herbs.
Finish
Smoky and rich.
