Brilliantly fruity French single malt from Warengham Distillery, Armorik 10 Year Old spent its decade of ageing initially in bourbon casks before being moved to oloroso sherry casks for a finishing period. This isn't your classic sherry-finished whisky however, with heaps of bright tropical fruit and malt-forward flavours alongside subtle spices and dried fruit.
Green apple, pineapple, and vanilla blossom, with some frangipane and freshly-baked bread in tow.
Zesty citrus, more tropical fruit, butterscotch, and sweet malt, with hints of nuts and raisins.
Ginger spice and marmalade on toast.
