The Irishman Marsala Cask Finish
Gorgeously fruity Irish whiskey from The Irishman, this Marsala Cask Finish edition is made from the usual blend of 70% single malt whiskey and 30% single pot still whiskey. It spent 15 months finished in barrels which previously held Marsala wine from the Florio winery in Sicily, drawn from just 24 casks. A sumptuously summery sipper!

Nose
Fresh strawberry, pineapple, nutmeg, and gentle vanilla.
Palate
Brown sugar, sweet malt, vanilla pod, and candied flowers.
