Here is the 2017 release of The Irishman Cask Strength whiskey, made with a combination of single malt and single pot still whiskeys aged in bourbon casks. A release of 3,510 bottles, each with their own wooden presentation case.
Pineapple, raisin and heady vanilla notes.
A core of spicy malt, surrounded by chewy apricot, sugared almond and toasted cedar.
Crumbly shortbread, white pepper and ginger.
