Sultanas and prunes, with a drizzle of sherry. Solid core of malty notes, and a touch of toasted almond.
Grilled pear and plum, more sultanas, a little apricot jam, before a big helping of cinnamon and ginger appears.
Red wine richness with some dry oak.
