Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Milk chocolate buttons, fried banana and some soft cider apple funkiness.

Palate: Custard-filled doughnuts, a hint of tobacco, dates and hazelnut cream.

Finish: A waft of floral barley appears on the finish, paired with black pepper and apple chips.

12yo Irishman Whiskey

Was a very smooth whiskey when made to an old fashioned. The key notes of smoke and fruit (apple chips) was very subtle but noticeable. Great even in 2023.
