Nose
Dried figs, raisins, and plump sultanas, followed by polished oak and toasted almonds. A dusting of cocoa and soft spice hum in the background.
Palate
Treacle toffee, creamy vanilla, roasted nuts, and dark honey. Layers of dried fruit emerge with each sip, backed by a subtle almond marzipan note.
Finish
Sherry-soaked fruit, warm spice, and sweet oak.
