This is a natural cask strength Clynelish, bottled at fifteen years old without chill-filtration by Adelphi. An excellent whisky and a must-have for any Clynelish fan.
Green apples and almonds becoming more apple tart and marzipan like with time.
The flavour is waxy with a shortbread sweetness followed by green fruits and salt.
The finish is satisfying with a refreshing burst of green grape and apple.
Waxy, fruity and sweet, a tasty dram indeed!
