Description

A generously sherried American single malt whisky from the Virginia Distillery Co.! Distilled from 100% North American malted barley, long fermented with a two-strain proprietary yeast mixture (one for yield, one for flavour), and fermented for a generous 72 hours, this whisky spent at least six years maturing in first fill sherry casks for a rich, sweet profile, packed with honey, chocolate, and sultanas.

Overall

Aromas of golden raisins, lemon zest, and apricot meet honeyed baklava, fig, cinnamon, and milk chocolate.
