Boulder New American Single Malt Whiskey
All the way from the base of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, this pot distilled New American Single Malt Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley and aged for a minimum of three years in freshly charred American white oak barrels. Bottled at 46% ABV.

Nose
Creamy oatcakes, with gentle citrus, allspice, and warm vanilla.
Palate
Scoops of vanilla ice cream, with malty grist, toasted oak, and gentle citrussy ginger.
Finish
Long and silky, with lingering spice and citrus.
