This Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Boulder Spirits in Colorado bears the bottled in bond designation, having been aged for four years and bottled at exactly 50% ABV (or 100 proof). It's been aged in #3 char white oak barrels, for a deliciously creamy, balanced bourbon.

Buttery flapjacks, oaky vanilla, and sprinkles of pepper and baking spices.
