Boulder Bottled In Bond American Single Malt Whiskey
A lesser-spotted bottled in bond American single malt from Boulder Spirits, which isn't too common! Produced at Vapor Distillery in Boulder, Colorado, this has been aged for four yers and bottled at 50% ABV. It's a particularly spicy affair, with a good dose of fruity sweetness to balance it out.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Marmalade, chilli spice, and cooked orchard fruit.
Palate
Treacle, fig jam, chocolate orange, a good whack of black pepper, and candied ginger.
Finish
Clove-studded orange and more peppery oak linger.
