Bourbon
This small batch single malt comes from three hand-picked bourbon barrels of Aultmore distilled in March 2017 and bottled in 2025 at 46% ABV. Uncharted’s Minimal Intervention Scotch ethos keeps things simple. No colouring, no chill filtration and no finishing casks, just the whisky as it came from the wood.
Pear drops, pineapple and lemon sherbet with fragrant lift and clean orchard fruit.
Smooth and warming with fresh-baked lemon drizzle cake, floral sweetness, light oak and powdered sugar.
Soft esters with gentle vanilla, orchard fruit, oak warmth and malted barley.
