A blended Irish whiskey, made with Irish single malt and grain whiskeys matured for at least four years in ex-bourbon American oak casks. Uisce Beatha, pronounced "ish-ka-ba-ha", takes its name from the ancient Gaelic for "water of life".
Clean notes of vanilla, toffee, malt and white chocolate.
Fresh cream, malt toast, hints of char from the bourbon casks.
Medium length, with crumbly vanilla fudge from a fête.
Sweet and easy-going.

Very impressed with how easy this was to drink. I typically drink a blended Scotch but wanted to try something new. I couldn't not try something called "The Water of Life" (thank you Google Translate). The best thing about it is how approachable it is. Great for beginner whiskey drinks and expert whiskey drinks alike.
