Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Elegant oak and soft toffee, followed by rich, floral rancio. A scoop of rum-raisin ice-cream and a sprinkle of dried herbs.

Palate

Sherry-cask influence comes through more on the palate. Juicy sultanas and clove-studded orange. Hints of baking spices linger.

Finish

Cracked black pepper, strawberries and a touch of chewy tobacco.
