Wine Cask
A four-year-old Tullibardine single malt, distilled in 2018 and matured in a wine hogshead until it was bottled in 2023. This is one of our own single casks, and we've been looking forward to cracking it open, a total of 360 bottles join our exclusive Master of Malt Single Cask collection.

Fluffy pancakes with maple syrup, lemon drizzle cake, and Tarte Tatin join creamy layers of honeyed porridge, a touch of chalky grist, and oaken vanilla.
A creamy opening of vanilla and melted butter, joined by notes of polished oak, grist, and sawdust. A touch of savoury spice nestles beneath candied lemon zest and cake batter.
An enjoyable balance of sweet cupcakes and soft spices, with toasted oats, tinned peaches, fragrant oak, pastry, and vanilla cream.
65% abv!? I had to. It sure is concentrated and it is young but the spirit takes water well and is actually full of flavour once you knock it back a bit.
