Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rich cocoa with vanilla pods, lemon peel, and a whiff of grapefruit with gently floral honey.

Palate: Bold barley with peppery spice, more sweet honey, and cakey vanilla, a hint of cinnamon and anise build alongside nutty toasted oak.

Finish: Candied orange, crystalised ginger, a hint of maple, honeyed flapjack.
