Bourbon
Single cask Tullibardine, independently bottled by A.D. Rattray for their Cask Collection range. This was distilled back in September 1991 and bottled in February 2017 after a quarter of a century ageing in a bourbon hogshead. 286 bottles were produced.
Buttery crumpets, lemon drizzle cake and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Lemon zest returns for the palate, now joined by leafy garden herbs and a touch of old oak.
Earthy and rich.
