25 year old Tullibardine! This was distilled by Tullibardine up in the Highlands region in 1989 and left to mature in a single cask until 2014, when the chaps from the Vintage Malt Whisky Co. bottled it for The Coopers Choice range. Only 260 bottles were produced.
Digestive biscuits, strawberry jam, greengages and some cookie-dough ice cream.
Develops a spicy core, though it's still surrounded by plenty of vanilla and ripe fruit.
Subtly bitter Curaçao orange notes on the finish.
