This is a delicious whisky from Tullibardine, released in 2013. It sees the Highland whisky finished for 12 months in 228-litre Red Burgundy wine casks from Chateau de Chassagne Montrachet.
Spiced, with notes of red berry fruit, vanilla and toasted oak.
Creamy, nutty palate entry with notes of sweet custard, apple peel, red berries and orange blossom honey.
Long finish with plum jam and allspice.
Spiced and rich with a delicious influence from the red wine casks.

I bought this on offer whilst on holiday in Montrose, and how glad I am. Opened last week and shared it with a couple of friends, and all we could say was WOW! It’s half gone and I’ll be buying another tomorrow. Awesomely smooth.
An easy 4 stars from me. I've not been disappointed with a Tullibardine yet and this has everything I enjoy, not too heavy on the fruit, lovely creamy mouth feel and some chocolate, dried fruit after toast. I will definitely put this on the 'buy again' list.
Good value. Creamy finish after the sweetness comes through. Nice to find this in a less recognized label. For those who desire a mellow dram.
Quite spicy, but with a bit of marmalade, probably from the wine cask. Perhaps not as nice as a sherry casked one but its still very nice. The 2 morangie; lasanta and Quinta are better but dearer and more aged..
I liked this more than expected, with nice fruity, burgundy flavours.Nice finish and just very nice to drink and taste.
