Sherry
This 19-year-old Tullibardine spent nine years finishing in a PX hogshead before bottling at 52.5%. The sherry has delivered depth, chocolatey richness and dark fruit while the spirit’s natural brightness keeps it balanced.
Black cherries in a dunnage warehouse with earthy depth, almond flakes, wicker, cranberries and raspberry jam.
PX richness drives cloves, dried figs, coffee and chocolate, balanced by cranberry acidity.
Long with black pepper and a hint of cafe patron.
