Sherry
Excellent Tullibardine single malt, aged for 14 years, including a finishing period in an Oloroso sherry cask! This one was distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2021 by Hannah Whisky Merchants, as part of the Lady of the Glen series. Just 175 bottles were produced.
Caramelised dates and toasted almonds, persimmon, a hint of vegetal oak warmth.
Clove, ginger, very slightly floral, followed by a robust wave of caramel.
Jammy sultanas and the final hints of simmering spices.
