We're big fans of Irish whiskey, but a few of us here at MoM Towers are also rather fond of Irish cider too - so this cider cask-finished Tullamore D.E.W. is right up our alley! Thought to be the first of its kind, this expression packs a mighty punch of fruity notes right from the outset, so it ought to work quite well as an aperitif, or perhaps accompanying a rich, chocolatey dessert.

Nose
Clear apple influence, with a touch of maple syrup and grain sweetness in the background.
Palate
Apple peels, dry oak, poached pear, cinnamon bark and lime.
Finish
Fruit Salad sweeties and peppercorn.
