Thought to be the first of its kind, this expression packs a mighty punch of fruity notes right from the outset, so it ought to work quite well as an aperitif, or perhaps accompanying a rich, chocolatey dessert.
Clear apple influence, with a touch of maple syrup and grain sweetness in the background.
Apple peels, dry oak, poached pear, cinnamon bark and lime.

The Cider Cask Finish is the best Irish whiskey for the money. It has great flavor, it is NOT a cider flavored whiskey. The cider cask finish simply gives this whiskey a smoothness that is amazing.
