From the Toremore Distillery, this single malt was distilled back in 2011 and matured in a peated cask for 11 years. Independently bottled by Càrn Mòr for its Strictly Limited range in 2021, this is a fabulous Speyside with an unusual peaty tang!
Fragrant fruits, namely pears, peaches and citrus, mingle with fresh smoke.
Orange zest and toasted nuts, sweet caramel, and gently gristy peat smoke.
Baking spices, wafts of cinnamon and vanilla with rich oak and lingering, gently smoky whispers of peat.
