A tremendous Tormore single malt joins the independent collection from Bedford Park. Distilled in 1995, this single malt spent the majority of its life in a refill hogshead before transferring to an oloroso sherry hogshead in 2023. While the Bedford Park team had been keen to see it reach its 30th birthday, they found upon sampling that it was just perfect at 29, and so cracked open the cask to yield a total of 153 cask strength bottles in 2025.
