27 year old Tormore, independently bottled for the Duncan Taylor Octave range - all of which are finished in tiny octave casks. This particular Tormore was distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2017 following a 9 month stint in an octave. 93 bottles were produced.
Choc-chip brioche, honey'd malt and a healthy kick of cinnamon warmth.
Cacao, menthol and touches of raspberry.
