27 year old single malt from the Tormore distillery, aged in a single refill butt. It was distilled in November 1988 and bottled 27 years later in April 2016 by Hunter Laing for the Old Malt Cask range. A release of 268 bottles.
Iced buns, cherries and red apples.
Buttery brioche, cinnamon, clove and raisins.
Sweet at first, with a drying touch of toast.
