Distilled at the young Torabhaig distillery on the Isle of Skye, this single malt is brought to us by indie bottler Living Souls. The whisky spent seven years maturing in bourbon barrels before bottling, and it's stacked with hearty layers of coastal bonfire smoke and orchard fruit sweetness.
