Tomintoul Merlot Wine Cask Finish
Tomintoul master distiller Robert Fleming created this small batch bottling by selecting single malt Scotch whisky aged in bourbon American oak barrels which are then married and finished in Merlot wine barrels from the Bordeaux region, France.

Nose
Red berries, cinnamon, orange peel, and sweet tobacco.
Palate
Dark chocolate, blackcurrant jam, nutmeg, and toasted almonds.
Finish
Candied peels and floral honey.
