A wonderfully refreshing single malt from Tomintoul, independently bottled by Rest & Be Thankful. It was drawn from a single bourbon cask that was laid down in May 1995 and cracked open in August 2017, with just 291 bottles produced.

Nose

Lemon sponge, floral malt and a touch of pine resin.

Palate

Vanilla ice cream, more floral elements, backed up by a hint of blackberry.

Finish

Mint chocolate, orange oil, peach.
