Deliciously creamy whisky here from the Tomintoul Distillery in Speyside! This single malt was distilled in January 2001 and set aside to age in a bourbon barrel until January 2020, when it was bottled up at 58.4% ABV. Just 251 bottles were produced.
Nose Honeycomb toffee, buttery sweetness with hints of nutmeg and spice.
Palate Creamy barley malt in balance with well-defined peppery spice.
Finish Lengthy and dry with pronounced nutty influence from the oak.
