A particularly bold single malt from the Tomintoul Distillery, matured in a single Port pipe. The cask was filled back in August 2000, and allowed to rest for 19 years, before being cracked open in January 2020. 753 bottles were produced.
Plummy sweetness overlying creamy toffee malt with a hint of summer fruits.
Raisins join the plums and summer fruits backed by peppery and cumin notes.
Joyful balance of sweetness and spice in a lingering finish.
