Sherry
Distilled in 2006 and bottled in early winter 2023, this 16-year-old Tomintoul spent its final years in a Fino sherry cask after initial bourbon maturation. One of 336 bottles from a single cask, it shows the distillery’s soft style boosted by crisp, dry sherry influence at a cask strength of 54.1% ABV. It was bottled by Cadenhead's for its Natural Strength range.
Green apple, almonds, pastry cream, straw, light citrus.
Pear drops, shortbread, dry Fino flor, gentle spice.
Lightly nutty with clean oak and subtle orchard fruit.
