A 16 year old single malt from a distillery we don't see nearly enough indie bottlings of - Tomintoul! This was distilled in 1999 and bottled 16 years later by kingsbury with an outturn of 560 cask strength bottles.
Characteristically mellow, with light notes of vanilla, orange peel and chocolate digestive.
A subtle hint of toasted oak brings heat to the palate, while sweetness of nectarine and banana sit up front.
Milk chocolate, honey'd cereal.
