This is an indie Tomintoul single malt Scotch whisky, bottled up by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. as part of its extensive Cooper's Choice range. The whisky itself was distilled in May 2005, and initially matured in American oak before enjoying a finishing period in a Marsala wine cask. In 2021, it was bottled at 51.5% ABV, with a small outturn of only 342 bottles.
Orange, honeycomb, a touch of Turkish delight floral sweetness.
Peaches and cream, stewed berries, Cadbury's Fruit & Nut.
Just a whisper of cinnamon spiciness lingers on the finish.
