Single Malt

Sherry
Another eye-catching Chorlton Whisky bottling, this one hailing from the Tomintoul Distillery. They Speysider has been matured in a single sherry butt for 14 years before being independently bottled in 2019 at 57.6%, with an outturn of 455 bottles. Are those flaming dragons flying across the label? We approve.
Dried fruit alongside fresh, jammy berries, honeyed toast and caramelised nuts.
Creamy lemon curd alongside pear crumble, oak spice, sweet malt and sherry fruits.
Toasty malt, milk chocolate praline and a mix of sultana and raisin.
