This indie Tomintoul was distilled in 2005 and left to rest in a single ex-sherry cask for over a decade. The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. bottled it up at 13 years of age, with 330 bottles released at 55.5% ABV for its Cooper's Choice series.
Vanilla fudge, chocolate-coated raisin, and fresh red fruit.
Plum, dried cherry, and vanilla orchid, with smooth praline in support.
Oily nuts and even more vanilla.
