Tomatin distillery's new no-age-statement release uses virgin oak as well as bourbon casks. It provides a new entry level to the Tomatin range but the use of different casks make this a unique expression.
Lemon, panatella and pine forest. Slightly green with vanilla.
Cracked pepper and sweet barley with pineapple cube sweets. Waves of warming oak beneath.
Sweet but peppered.
A clean and certainly affordable single malt whisky.

Was recommended, had a taste in Edinburgh, than. Had to visit the distillery, just by Inverness, great tour, and tasting, super tour guide, this was my favourite, they have lots of history, and vaue their customers, and go dor quality rather then a mass market. Prefer it to highland park 12year old.
Great little whisky. Tomatin has become my new favourite distillery. This is just lovely, pineapple and woody, really very good.
I’m no expert but for 23eu in Carefour Spain tastes good to me , I went to the distillery last year great tour and tasting and the most amazing taste room with 100s of stored cask samples
Honestly, you get what you pay for. It isn't bad for those on a budget, but spending a little more for some of Tomatins other scotchs is well worth the money.
Excellent single malt
