Tomatin Five Virtues - Wood
Earth, Water, Fire, Wood, Metal - these five elements are being honoured for their imput in creating whisky by Tomatin with their Five Virtues range! This expression is the Wood edition, featuring whisky drawn from a combination of French, American and Hungarian oak casks.
This bottle was part of a private collection and will show signs of wear if of a certain vintage - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Caramel, vanilla pod, a hint of dried fruit, cinnamon sticks.
Palate
Soft and subtly herbaceous. Rounded, creamy vanilla. Liquorice root.
Finish
Peppery oak and a slight hint of plum.
