Tomatin single malt, distilled in 2015 and matured for eight years in a trio of re-charred and first-fill bourbon hogsheads. The casks were opened by James Eadie in 2023, releasing the single malt as part of its Small Batch collection.
Vanilla shortbread, ginger loaf, and juicy barley lead, backed by tropical fruit, honey, and cocoa.
Sweet, spiced notes of banana bread and butterscotch lead to oaken vanilla and zesty marmalade.
Charred oak, vanilla fudge, and a touch of pepper.
