An independent bottling of single malt from the Tomatin distillery, drawn from a quartet of first-fill bourbon barrels, which were laid down in November 2007 and opened up in May 2016. This was bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for their Cask Strength range, and as such, this comes presented at a full-on 60% ABV.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Lemon meringue pie and fresh tropical fruits. A hint of Nice biscuits.

Palate

Good vanilla ice cream, with a drizzle of caramel sauce. Coconut returns.

Finish

Citrus flourishes on the finish.
