The 82nd installment of the Decadent Drinks Whisky Sponge series is a splendid single malt from Tomatin. The gang wanted to showcase the fresh and fruity profile of the Highland distillery's classic style, opting for this 1994 vintage single malt that spent a full 29 years in an extremely mellow old refill sherry hogshead. The refill cask has allowed distillate to take centre stage in this glorious dram, and it's packed with juicy, fresh notes of exotic fruit salad.
