The first independent bottling of Tomatin single malt Scotch whisky from That Boutique-y Whisky Company is a caramel-rich 21 year old expression. The label features a bushel of tomatoes, including one that has seemingly become sentient and developed a penchant for good whisky and traditional Scottish headwear. We're uncertain how comfortable we would be eating this tomato.
Batch 1 is a release of 304 bottles.

Nose Vanilla, blueberry muffins, a good whack of fresh apricot.
Palate Soft oak warmth, paired with buttery shortbread, juicy redcurrant and hazelnut cream.
Finish Toffee, almond and a hint of fruitcake.
