Single cask single malt from the Tomatin distillery, independently bottled by Hunter Laing for the Old Malt Cask series. This was distilled in December 1995 and left to age in a refill hogshead for 21 years, until it was bottled in February 2017 with an outturn of 309 bottles.
Wafts of freshly baked pastries, caramel and apricots.
Kitkats, melted butter and Jammie Dodgers. A dusting of ground ginger.
Dried apple, honey and shortbread.
