The specialists at Skene Whisky have bottled up a treat here! Distilled at Tomatin in 2015, this Highland single malt was fully matured in Oloroso sherry casks until bottling in 2020 at a sturdy 50% ABV.

Nose
Butter fudge and green apples, chocolate Malted Milk biscuits, and bold baking spice.
Palate
Spice continues with cinnamon and liquorice, rich dried fruit, orange peels and oaken vanilla.
Finish
Dry on the finish, the spices stick around alongside currant buns and stewed berries.
