Description
It's the 2008 vintage Tomatin from Gordon & MacPhail's Discovery series! The identifiable green packaging means that this has been matured in bourbon casks, and after it had spent a while ageing it was independently bottled in 2018. A creamy, vanilla-packed Highlander.

Nose
Apple skin, prominent vanilla, tinned pears, elderflower and floral oak.
Palate
Fruity and sweet, with peaches and vanilla cream, tropical fruit sweeties and slightly earthier vanilla pod.
Finish
A touch of white pepper, delicate apple blossom and oak char linger on the finish.
