Single cask Tomatin, independently bottled by Germany's Malts of Scotland. This was left to mature in a sherry butt from 2008 to 2018, before being bottled at cask strength with an outturn of only 331 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Hot chocolate, pineapple, mango and clove.
Palate
Big helpings of berry sweetness - think strawberry jam and blueberry muffin. Slightly nutty at points.
Finish
Caramel, buttered malt loaf and toasted cinnamon.
