This is single malt from Tomatin, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail on 22nd of June 2018 for the Connoisseurs Choice range. It was distilled in 2001 and matured for 16 years in a single cask first fill bourbon barrel, then bottled at 56.5% ABV with an outturn of only 182 bottles.
Exotic fruit, white flowers and white chocolate.
Candied orchard fruit, sweet vanilla and banoffee pie.
Lingering wood spices.
