Tomatin 15 Year Old 2006 Port Cask - The Portuguese Collection
This limited edition collection from Tomatin has headed to Portugal, and celebrates the country's wines with a range of 15-year-old single malts finished in three different cask types. The Port Cask edition spent seven years in Port casks, naturally, bringing plenty of rich red fruit character and mellow spice to this Highlander.

Nose
Big helpings of dark berries, jammy cherries, and cacao nibs.
Palate
Fruit compote, with sticky treacle tart, dark chocolate, and a touch of liquorice.
Finish
Oaky spice builds, along with sun-dried vine fruits.
